So what's up with this wasteland business anyway?

The short answer is that Ronald believes that great storytelling is about empowered people surviving impossible situations. He believes that you just do not know the substance of a character (or person for that matter) until they have been left out to survive in the wilds with their own life litterally in their hands. Heroes are not revealed in the comfort of safety, but rather in the fire tragedy. A hero is a hero because they endure torment and adversity just a little bit longer than the injust situation is capable of lasting. The difference between a hero and an everyman is simply "one second longer".

So welcome to the wastes, where the world asks a bitter question. When your life is in your hands, and it only has twelve-rounds left in it ... what will your story be?
